The Accountant III supervises and participates in the maintenance of advanced accounting and financial records. Prepares integrated financial and statistical reports, statements, projections, and recommendations. Generally supervises the activities of a staff within a business unit or department. Additional Department Summary: This position will be responsible for managing various budgets and processes - including in-depth review and analysis, reporting and conducting research as necessary, and working with a variety of stakeholders. Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance and four (4) years professional accounting experience; OR a Masters degree in Accounting or Business and 3 years professional accounting experience; OR CPA and 3 years professional accounting experience. 59 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 45635.16 Midpoint - $ 66164.76 Prior to hiring, the final candidate(s) must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation. A prior conviction reported as a result of the background investigation DOES NOT automatically disqualify a candidate from consideration for this position. A candidate with a prior conviction will receive an individualized review of the prior conviction before a hiring decision is made.
