Working under the US Controller, this role will be responsible for performing complex cost analysis and compiling monthly financial information including budget, forecast, and variance analysis. As a Cost Analyst, your job duties will include: Monthly financial review including finance related month-end close duties Cost analysis on labor rates, product design, raw materials and production costs. Analysis of financials and KPIs Presenting financial findings to management on a monthly basis Research financial issues and overall trend analysis on sales performance and margin review Establish financial process improvements and support best practice initiatives Additional ad hoc analysis projects as assigned What should your qualifications be? See below: A Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting Having your MBA or Masters in Accounting a plus as is a CMA or CPA. 3+ years of related experience Strong GAAP skills You must display exceptional communication skills both internally and externally You also must have a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and a Tier 1 ERP like Oracle What are you waiting for?
