May supervise and/or direct th * * * **Additional Department Summary:** The Talisma Non-Credit Analyst is responsible for the assessment, development, and implementation of customer registration and program management including but not limited to bug fixes, development of new code and modules, refactoring, and reporting. * * * **Required Minimum Qualifications:** Master's degree ; OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of IT experience; OR Associatea??s degree and four (4) years of IT experience; OR High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of IT experience. Knowledge of advanced programming, networking, system, multimedia, instructional technology skills or project management methods and applications. May require intermediate or advanced level training or certification. * * * **Skills and Knowledge:** Experience with web authoring languages such as C# in asp.net mvc environment, HTML, JAVA, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective time management and organizational skills. Knowledge and training in computer software and system operations, as well as knowledge in the use of various computer applications. Ability to act independently. Ability to interact on highly technical issues with a wide variety of people of varying levels of technical ability and understanding. * * * **Preferred Qualifications:** Prefer experience with C# in asp.net mvc environment.
