SUBMITTALS CLERKLOCATIONSTuscaloosa, AL (Project Site Location Domestic Operations)University of Alabama - Project Location Caddell has been awarded a Freshman Residence Hall project at the University of Alabama.JOB SUMMARYEnsure that office copies of bidding documents are kept current by incorporating any changes and updates. Also maintains database of subcontractors.RESPONSIBILITIESPost amendments to RFP documents.Updates subcontractor database. Maintains documents table.Distributes fax quotes on bid-day.Sets-up and breaks-down bid-room configuration. Creates/updates project quote files after bid.Assists document control clerk in receiving hardcopy documents (check-in, stamp).Performs other tasks as assigned.REQUIREMENTSMinimum high school diploma/GED required. One year experience in handling construction documents preferred. Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs, especially electronic media and construction-related software.
